Once you have booked your appointment, you can expect a confirmation message from us with all the details. We’ll also provide you with a reminder a day before your appointment to ensure you’re all set. If you need to reschedule, kindly let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

  • St. Regis Marsa offers valet parking upon arrival, or you are welcome to self-park. The St. Regis concierge will direct you upon your arrival.

  • We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other guests.

  • Please cal us as soon as possible if youre running late. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but please note that arriving late may shorten your service time to ensure we stay on schedule for other clients.
